Responsibilities include:Maintain the Master Reports List using multiple sourcesCoordinate with Publishing, Congressional Relations, and General Counsel on product issue dates and discrepanciesCreate and populate product records in the product system for all standard audit products, legal products, and special publicationsAttach all required related and supporting files to each recordApply product-type-specific SOPs for Testimonies, High-Risk Series, Interactive Graphics, Infographics, Videos, and PodcastsReview metadata records for accuracy, completeness, and correct file associationsProvide structured feedback to indexers and resolve data discrepanciesContact Publishing, OPA, or product teams to resolve questions arising during QAMonitor and action ServiceNow tickets daily; create and closeAbility to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. citizenship
