AZ DENTAL, a prestigious private practice in Scottsdale, is looking for a motivated leader to oversee our beautiful office. We cater to an affluent, appreciative patient base that expects the best—and we need an Office Manager who can deliver exactly that while fostering a positive, goal-oriented culture for our team.

Strategic Scheduling: Align the daily calendar with practice goals to maximize efficiency and patient care.
Financial Oversight: Manage collections, accounts receivable, and the insurance aging report with precision.
Growth & Retention: Proactively follow up on unscheduled treatments and hygiene appointments to ensure patient health and practice vitality.
Team Leadership: Motivate the staff to hit targets while remaining an approachable, supportive mentor.
Daily Operations: Ensure a seamless "front-to-back" patient flow and maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards at AZ DENTAL.

Salary Range

full-time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements
  • Dentrix
  • Eaglesoft
  • Open Dental

Experience: 3+ years of proven success as a Dental Office Manager.
Financial Acumen: Expert at presenting financial arrangements, managing complex A/R, and navigating insurance.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred).
Leadership Style: A "firm but fair" approach—holding the team accountable while maintaining a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, tailored for a luxury service environment.
